Pros:
Staff is very friendly.
Hotel is very clean - good hygiene standards.
Beach and sea is beautiful.
Animation team are great.
Gym - not huge but has needed equipment with fantastic view.
Areas for improvement:
Rooms are dated - worth renovating and considering to split the family room bathroom into two bathrooms. Also changing the keys to access cards for multiple user access.
Food variety & quality can be improved.
Consideration for guests who are non-inclusive - provision for food / beverages on the beach - even if it is just waiters coming to take your order.
Provide entertainment in English
Revise opening & closing timings for gym - no opportunity to go to gym at night or early in the morning,
Dinner can start earlier. 7.30 pm was too late.

Everything was above and beyond wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and brand new. The staff is very welcoming and took care of us like family. They fulfilled every wish we had from special breakfast menus to fresh squeezed juices on the beach - special thanks to Nour. Everything was way beyond our expectations and can’t wait to be back!
